There are three main avenues of support available.
If you are an existing customer, log into the billing site using the username and password you chose when creating your site and click the "submit new ticket" link to open a trouble ticket.
If you aren't a current customer, or you are a customer who has an account outside of the billing software, you can contact us directly by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would rather talk to us live, you can use our web-based irc client, located here, to join our irc network, or connect to irc.projecthive.com using your favourite irc client and join #support.
In my hour of need, the staff at projecthive came to my rescue. When I had forgotten my password to log on, all it took was a simple phone call. A PERSON actually answered the phone (no automated messages!) and within moments, I could access my account again. I will certainly continue to refer projecthive to friends of mine, as their service is second to none.
